Michael Carsch
General Manager, Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel - A
Thompson Hotel
Having spent 30 years in the hotel industry, Michael
Carsch has been involved in all areas of hotel
operations on both the east and west coasts of the
country. With time in city hotels, resorts, casino
hotels, and condo hotels, Carsch is pleased to say
that his knowledge is extensive in all aspects of
sales, marketing, and operations. And having
recently moved back to California after a twenty
year absence, Carsch is truly excited to be part of
this community, the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and
the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Earlier in his
career he had the opportunity to chair the tourist
development council of Amelia Island, Florida and
through that endeavor he learned a lot about the
importance of a solid long range plan that promotes
the growth and importance of tourism. Being close to

Hollywood!
